My "entry" for
 's art contest, featuring her character Faeren. More info at [link]Now, "entry" is in quotes because...Well, honestly, I don't think there's a fleeting chance in hell that I might win. Not the best attitude, I know, but have you seen the other entries? They're astounding. I really am in awe of them. So I commend them and wish the best of luck to the other amazing artists and congratulate anyone who wins. In any case, this was a good, albeit painful, experience for me. It taught me that it's a goddamned pain in the arse to draw elements of nature. I'll never smile at the sight of grass again. Too many hours Too many pencils Blah blah FULLVIEW. Edit: FIRST PLACE? O___O Wow. Wow. I'm so.....wowed. XDD I didn't think it could happen....but thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! The judges, I guess, I'm thanking, and everyone else for their moral support throughout the judging process. Congrats to the other four winning entries,  ,  ,  , and  ....and basically all who entered the contest! |
